Delivery Time

Typical Dispatch time is approx 2 - 5 working days. Dispatch time may be longer to large order or some personalised products, any delays will be communicated by email to address provided at checkout. 

Postage Options 

We offer two postage options Normal Courier and Signed. Each option also has a options for Rural postage as this incurs and extra cost. Please note if rural postage is required and standard postage is selected we will require the difference to be paid before we can post your order. We will contact you by email if there is a issue with your postage as soon as possible. 

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are allocated to parcels when they are ready for dispatch and are sent via email to address provided with your order. Please check your spam folder if you havn't received your tracking number as they often end up in there. Otherwise please contact us and we can provide it to you. 

Damaged Goods 

We take as much care in packaging your parcels as possible however sometimes given the nature of the courier service's breakages occur. If you receive your parcel and it is damaged/broken please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days or no claim can be raised with NZ Post) at madeforyourcraftsnz@gmail.com so we can contact NZ post to launch and investigation/claim for your parcel. Please note for NZ post to launch a investigation/claim they require all original packaging and items sent in the parcel to be retained and picked up by them for assessment once assessed they will redeliver your items that were collected by them. NZ Post investigations take approx 14 days to complete. If you do not want to provide you items to NZ Post for investigation, We will be unable to replace your item. Any Item replacement/refund is at our discression and not guaranteed.
